Our fees are either a percentage of assets under advisement, a fixed fee, or hourly charge depending on client needs, desires and the exact nature of the relationship with the client.
Asset based fees are designed for endowments, foundations, trusts and individuals with larger or more complex portfolios. Services include analysis and setting of asset allocation targets and ranges as well as quarterly reports and meetings. Additional support is available as needed. The maximum asset based fee is 0.50% of assets.
Fixed fees are designed for individuals and families with at least $500,000 in investable assets. Services include an initial investment plan with quarterly monitoring and meetings, with additional support on an as-needed basis. The minimum fixed fee is $1,200 annually and can be billed monthly or quarterly as the client prefers.
Designed specifically for individuals and families that may have the majority of their investable assets in IRA, 401(k) or other employer-sponsored plans; these packages offer an initial investment plan, quarterly reports and semi-annual meetings. Packages start at $25 per month, with annual terms.
The hourly rate is $240 per hour and is billed in 15 minute increments
We do not receive commissions or any other form of compensation from client investments
We have a master arrangement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for custody and trading of client assets. This allows us to access to information on client investments and, if authorized, the ability to direct purchases and sales. We do not receive any financial compensation from Schwab, but the master arrangement does provide us access to information and services which might not be available to the general public.
We do have the ability to work with other custodian banks and brokers, but this could effect fees depending upon the availability of procedural and reporting interfaces.
Clients have a written agreement with a complete description of the fee arrangements prior to any financial obligations to us. In addition, all clients are provided a copy of SEC Form ADV Part 2A and 2B prior to entering into any agreements.
Investment results are not guaranteed, and investments may lose value.
